My whole experience with Mattress Firm was outstanding! From Terry in the showroom to Andrew and his associate who delivered my bed, everyone was friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. I entered the showroom after 3:00 Friday (Good Friday), and I have a wonderful bed in less than 24 hours. They actually called to see if they could deliver it sooner than I expected, and it worked perfectly with my schedule. I will rave to anybody who will listen that Mattress Firm is the place to shop for a new bed. I'm off to take a nap. :-)
